Senior Business Development Executive / Manager: 1 Position

Senior Business Development Executive/ Manager, who is having extensive contacts and consistent track record of reaching targets. Able to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment & independently execute plans. To generate revenue & business, negotiate deals & manage relationships from start to end. Must possess strong communication and Presentation skills, Excellence in persuasive/ consultative selling techniques to develop customer understand & create enthusiasm for products and services. Aggressive approach towards winning clients.

> Having 6-8 years of Sales and Business Development experience, majorly in Managed Services & IT Services.
> He / She will be responsible for acquiring new clients, leading them to develop new business
> Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
> Must have worked at ease with Senior Business and IT leadership (Managers, Directors, VPs and above)
> Prospecting potential clients (CXOs/ decision makers), meet them by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and set up meetings between client decision makers and company's partners/ Director
> Knowledge in writing RFP-Proposal, presentations and delivery process.
>Participate, when required, in company projects and trade shows
> Knowledge in subject matter - related to Staffing, Supplier Management, and Workforce Acquisition for Technology industry.
> Excellent communication skills and efficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualification:
MBA from Tier-1 and 2 colleges
6-8 Years experience in Sales and Business development
