Senior Business Development Executive / Manager: - Mainly looking to add Staffing Clients ( Product based companies)
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive/ Manager, who having extensive contacts and consistent track record of reaching targets. Able to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment & independently execute plans. To generate revenue & business, negotiate deals & manage relationships from start to end. Must possess strong communication and Presentation skills, Excellence in persuasive/ consultative selling techniques to develop customer understand & create enthusiasm for products and services. Aggressive approach towards winning clients.
Ã At least 6-8 years of Sales and Business Development experience, majorly in Staffing, Managed Services & Solutions sales in IT Services
Ã He / She will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing them to develop new business
Ã Excellent track record of adding new vendor ships, acquiring new projects with Software Product based companies
Ã Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
Ã Must have worked at ease with Senior Business and IT leadership (Managers, Directors, VPs and above)
Ã Prospecting potential clients (CXOs/ decision makers), meet them by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and set up meetings between client decision makers and company's partners/ Director
Ã Participate in the RFP-Proposal and Presentation preparation and delivery process.
Ã Participate, when required, in company projects and trade shows
Ã Knowledge in subject matter - related to Staffing, Supplier Management, and Workforce Acquisition Technology industry.
Ã Excellent communication skills and efficiency in MS-Excel & MS- PowerPoint.
